Done better. installing an all-weather break water and concrete rip rap road for ship access. It would have been a permanent addition to Gaza. The climate changers would have been very happy with recycling the broken concrete that is in need of disposal thought out Gaza. All you need is heavy equipment trucks and drivers. Maybe a few barges and front end loaders for the break water. For heavens sakes, the Alcan highway was 2000 miles built in 12 months. A two thousand foot permanent pier could have been done in several weeks

How would the 319,500,000 get laundered if they let Halliburton do it?

No doubt Israel would pick them off.

Yeah but the crooks in Congress and their corrupt pals wouldn't have gotten their cut. Honestly Joe Biden is running the most corrupt administration in the history of this country.
What a mess.
What a mess.

Wasn't Dick Cheney a big KBR/Haliburton man?

I was at the main table for a project completion celebration with Dick Cheney. No big deal the table sat 50 on each side.

It’s going to be just like Afghanistan. Service members will get hurt or worse killed. They are going to use that pier to mass transport Palestinians to the US

What better way to get drawn in to the mess than lose a few pawns?

Did they hire these guys as DEI hires?

Shirley you jest. Did you not see all the stories about Cheney and the no bid contracts to these fellas during Desert Storm. Quite hilarious, and expensive. Using open air flat bed trucks to deliver pallets of the new currency. Catering meals for 1000s, yes a construction/drilling company as a caterer. Delivering trucks.....on wreckers, because the contract specs did not say they actually had to work.

Engineering and design fee 1/3 of the project. That is why some construction projects are increasing in cost so much. As raw material costs increase, design engineers are raising their costs since they get paid as a percentage of the project instead of an hourly fee on their work. They can take some of that extra money and then funnel it back to the elected officials who steered the project to them.
