My mistake. You said he was denied bail because of the violent nature of his alleged crimes. Obviously the implication is that he's a danger to the public. The bomb throwers were not denied bail obviously because firebombing isn't violent or dangerous to anyone.
So here we are 6 pages in agreeing that he deserved bail after you've spent all 6 pages blaming him for still being in prison.
