Perusing NextDoor this morning in order to see if there’s any updates with power for my area and came across this lovely post. Louisiana plates that belong to an 81 yr old white man in Pollock, LA.

I guess he could be in the car.

Stop exercising your white privilege and be happy your generator is going to those most in need.

Can you please blur the plate? This is a horrible invasion of privacy.

Should have disguised it as part of a book shelf. Like Chris Rock said, books is Kryptonite to them.

"Persons, seen to be wearing clothes, helped to save an abandoned generator that was chained up outside a house today. Then they helped an elderly man make sure his vehicle was in running order on their way to college. "

Why just yesterday, A lovey gentleman from New Orleans named "bun heavy" offered to meet me and sell me a 3k Honda inverter for 200.00...WHAT A DEAL! cash of course because "da bank ain't right"

It was very kind of him to offer me the savings but I felt it wasn't right taking advantage of him.

I may reach out to him to meet over coffee and review the item near his home to gain favor with such an astutue re seller of industrial goods
