That’s awesome man. Keep it going! It feels great seeing all your stuff in normal limits. Were you on Bp/cholest meds before this? Able to get off now? It felt really good getting off my BP med

Just think how much more awesome it would have been had he eaten right, exercised and simply done it using the power of his mind, instead of using those (checks notes) stupid, lazy man's drugs.

I am JUST KIDDING.

Any chance you did an InBody or 3D scan before you started and now? I would be curious to see fat loss vs muscle mass loss especially with multiple studies stating that muscle loss is a huge concern with lack of dietary guidance/education.

He should have no issues coming off these drugs at this point. Right? Seems like this would be the time to do it and prove what you are mocking?

I left this thread weeks ago amigo at your request. Then, you kept posting a bunch of dumb shite about 'morals' and other stuff that have nothing to do with any thoughts/opinions I have given.

He's not going to get any congrats from me until he comes off them.

Nice, keep it up!

Today makes 4 weeks on Ozempic for me and I'm down a little over 11#. I'll take my first 0.5mg shot this evening.

I did one a few days before I started. I'm going to try do to another towards the end of May (roughly 7 weeks since starting Ozempic) to compare.

It’s been a few months since I last did a scan. I may do one this afternoon.

We offer something similar at our office. It’s not a true InBody but it’s close enough.

My gym uses styku, it’s supposedly really accurate. Not as accurate as dexa but it’s been trending in the right direction for me.

This is what we have also. It generates a 3D image that looks like it was molded out of clay.

Jose the InBody at We the People is nice! Sends everything electronically. We still have an older model at work with the printer. Plus we have 2 3D body scanners.

Saw my primary today. He was damn near in shock at my results.

My bp was 104/65
All my labs were normal.

He took me off Metformin!!!
He cut my Crestor and BP meds in half, and said will take me off when I reach my target weight (which is 200 lbs)

And now the TD suicide

The LSU shirt is a 3x, the peach shirt is a 1x.
The jeans are size 44. The shorts are 36
