Can we?
Of course we can.

Even a bad team can steal a series from anyone.

And we aren’t a bad team, just bad by LSU standards.

You have to find two starters that just pitch great and take you into the 8th most likely.

I don't see it.

I feel like this is lost on people here, a lot.

I'm setting my realistic goal at 1 win against Aggy. A series win would exceed expectations.

Gotta produce more runs. LSU is pitching better. But hasn’t been efficient producing runs in the SEC.

LSU is a good team, not great where they need to be yet, but good...Baseball is one of those games that there is always a possibility to even the field....if someone doesn't have their head right they can be exposed more in baseball than any other sport.

Ags are really good and rolling but not invincible.

We went on the road and played against 2 teams who are just about as good, if not better, than A&M and were a few plays away from beating them. (Arky/Tenn). I don’t see any reason why we can’t at least take a game from them if we play good baseball, which we’ve been better at as of late, especially at home.

LSU just needs to figure out how to win the close games under pressure. They figure that out this weekend and they can absolutely get a series win.

They need to fire on all cylinders as well that hasn’t happened enough this year.

The path to getting into a regional is this:

Win 1 vs A&M
Win 2 vs Bama
Win 3 vs Ole Miss

Gets you 13 SEC Wins

Win your first two games minimum in the SEC tournament.

It's baseball. It's LSU. Anything is reasonably possible for LSU.

I say reasonably possible on purpose. Don't think this takes a miracle.

This thread has a lot of good bump material.

Lot of folks in here don’t understand how baseball works.

Pitch Jump and one lefty in one game, Holman and the other lefty In one game. Use the pin to pitch against their ace.

Tonight will tell the tell. If we can win tonight, feel good about tomorrow. Sunday is a crapshoot. Might have to score 20 runs to win.

I feel like it's pretty impossible for us to win tonight.

Yeah but at the same time there's no way Aggie beats us tonight

Nope. We’ll be lucky with not getting swept and run-ruled.

I'm very confident in that as well.

As a counterpoint to this someone could say even with this "good baseball" that we have been playing lately, we were barely able to take 2/3 from the worst team in the league at home just last weekend. I do agree we can definitely take one, I just think 2/3 is pretty unlikely.
