As a counterpoint to this someone could say even with this "good baseball" that we have been playing lately, we were barely able to take 2/3 from the worst team in the league at home just last weekend

As a counterpoint to that someone could said we were beat a couple times.by the shift and an absolute texas leaguer in the 1st inning away from sweeping.

Would be a huge step in the right direction of making Hoover and possibly a Regional invite.

Really need to sweep A&M and Bama to get closer to .500 in SEC.

Should probably pitch off tomorrow vs Prager

Throw Kade to the wolves then pitch off if it doesn't go well.

It wouldn't even be that big of an upset. It's baseball. It's at home. It's not even like there's a huge talent gap between the two teams.

Wish I could upvote more than once.

We’d probably beat them 3 out of every 9 games… question is which 3 games happen.

It’s not almost impossible.

Unlikely? Sure.

Almost impossible? Check your brook trout look at home. This is LSU.

And that’s TA&M. LSU owns TA&M. Sure…they’re a great team this year, but maybe their starting pitcher can’t get out of the 1st inning. Maybe the whole team is fantasizing about partying it up at Oz after the game instead of focusing on the game.

Maybe they’re thinking about Livvy Dunne’s boyfriend.

They are TA&M. This is LSU. Wins are never almost impossible for LSU. Especially against TA&M.

There is a path. It requires Jump and Holman to each pitch 7 strong innings, if we can jump on A&M’s starting pitching, and the bullpen can hold off their bats we can win 2. The problem is we have not put those elements together this year.
