Ernie wouldn't leave, he's been a Turner fixture and does baseball for them. Shaq would end up on ESPN. Chuck would probably retire and come back for the tournament broadcasts.
Only way the gang stays together is if WB lets them do the Inside the NBA show in a partnership with Amazon, which seems unlikely.

They need to get ESPN out of the NBA coverage, not TNT. TNT has the best talent out there working for them. ESPN has the absolute worst NBA coverage ever, by any network. I can't watch ESPN's pregame, halftime and postgame shows. Every person on the show is terrible. .

What a waste of money. Go for it NBC.
Can't wait to see Charles on the NHL on TNT crew. The crossovers have been great.
TNT has the best coverage for both the NBA and NHL.
