He had no other option.
What is funny to me about Cals situation this year, is he is going to have to do this differently than his normal, which will probably be a good thing. You have only gotten 3 freshman and have to have more older players than younger. We'll see if that works because this is likely the only year for it.

I hated them until Jimmy Johnson became their coach while I was living in Dallas. I loved Jimmy's teams. Fans shouldn't give a sh*t about an owner as long as he's doing everything he can to try to win.

bullshite. NFL Films coined the term Americas Team over a decade before Jones bought the team and every other NFL team and their fans hated them for it. And they were already disliked before that.
