There are 4 other March 8th events related to women's day that happened prior to this 1917 event so it's an incomplete summary at best. And what he fails to mention is days later women got the right to vote in Russia.
To claim that the origins are only because of this event is just pure stupidity.

This board is so obsessed with communism and socialism. You have to cling to everything that could possibly mean something that isn’t celebratory of white men is actually communism/ socialism in disguise.
I’ve never met a more insecure group of people and that says a lot considering I was a teenage girl at one point.

The communists built their own calendar of holidays to replace the Christian ones the Russians had celebrated.
