That's pure idiocy, but then he's a democrat. The risk for school age kids is low to the extreme to the point that the "vaccine" may be more risky.
It's not that hard to create private learning associations. The Amish grade school kids test among the very best of PA's students and they are taught by high school girls.

My wife feared this, said she looked into it and schools allow for exemptions for religious, medical, and philosophical reasons and that LA schools always honor exemption requests.
