Not PoliBoard material in and of itself, but (IMO) his trial was a big inflection point in the race-baiting industry. The grift took on a whole new life after that.

The trial was a waste of time because the jury had already decided on 'not guilty' before it started. As one female jurist said afterwards: "Yeah, I know dere wuz a lot of evidence. But das jus it. Dey was TOO MUCH evidence! Nome sane."
