How would you go about those contingencies? Let him fix it and get it inspected? Or ask for a bunch of money off up from and do it myself after purchase?...

I was being purposefully vague on it since this all happened after I was already under contract on it. I didn’t know if talking on here about it was somehow in violation of the contract in case the builder frequented tigerdroppings. ...

The drain connects to the ditches that run along the street and the drain flows underground towards the back of the house to empty in the drainage pond....

There is a big retention pond behind the property that is supposed to remain and. There are also ditches along the road in the front of the house. There is a north course and a south course. North course is a shite hole but much cheaper. South course is nicer and usually in good shape but more expensive (about $100 to play). In my opinion it’s overpriced. ...
