Unfortunately they don’t make land anymore. It should continue to climb. If you look at any graphs over the last 60+ years there may be dips but the overall trend is up. I believe it’s a very good long term investment....

Thanks for the post guys. It was as bad as I thought it would be. I truly believe the dog was at piece. He lifted his headed once and looked at me as to say it’s okay. Then laid back down until it was over. When I got home my young lab was there excited to see me and do some training in the yard....
