The transcript is public there is absolutely zero reason to not release the audio tape.
The ONLY reason to not release it is if it does not match the official transcript. I’m sure things have been altered and the transcript doesn’t match and they didn’t think anyone e would ever call them on it ...

Tiger looks pretty good today. 5 holes left to play in the 1sr round if he can get it to -3 he is sitting in a pretty good position. No one gave him much of a chance in 2019 but he kept hanging around and others faltered. He playing good competitive golf which is great to see.
