Not really. TCU fans have lost a lot of faith in him these last handful of years

I doubt that, seems like you would be walking away from money. You make them fire you or negotiate to step down

Maybe I'm wrong here but based on his body language on the sidelines lately he might not be interested in coaching anymore.

Jeremy Pruitt is available and there are people in this thread that want Gary Patterson for defensive coordinator

Might just be burnt out at the moment. Hes been at TCU forever. Done an insane amount of winning. These last couple years probably took it out of him. Bet hes back by 2023

Not surprised. He’s been overrated for a while now

Yeah and he’s going to remain that way too. Good luck getting a job in the SEC during an investigation.

It sounds ridiculous but he’s really gotten into country music lately. He just released a CD.

He was a good coach but i think he is done. I will say his style only works when winning. I know multiple players who thinks he is an arse. Being an arse doesn’t work if you lose.

He’s basically threatening to throw an entire university under the bus. Good luck getting another university to hire you

I am sad

I knew we have struggled as a program but I still held out for redemption

This man did a lot for me personally.

What he’s done at a small private school like TCU over the last 2 decades is pretty ridiculous…winning 11 bowl games and finishing top 25 12 times.
