Alabama 2021. I nearly threw a brick into the TV set on three separate occasions in the 4th quarter of that game.

The Notre Dame loss that same year (1997) was very disappointing as well. I was so jacked after that Florida win. The Dinardo era was pretty much all downhill afterwards.

True Dat. That game was cold, wet, and miserable.

Damn got mixed up with the USC ap/bcs split.

But also being a two loss champ sucked, should not have lost to Arkansas

Why are you focusing on the negative? This thread sucks.

The 1997 Auburn loss really sucked, the Diesel ran all over them.

LSU V ARK 2007

Walking out of the stadium I was freezing cold, sun burnt, and totally bummed bc I thought our NC hopes were over.

Things changed the next week.

Other ones: Ole Miss 2009-spike the ball with no time left Auburn 2016-winning the game on the last play only to have the TD called back Wisconsin 2016-depressing way to open a highly anticipated matchup and season Arkansas 2002-f**k Matt Jones Tennessee 2010-I know we won the game but the ending sequence was the most angry I think I've ever felt in my life

It’s a miracle that Les Miles didn’t kill a bunch of us with the insanity we had to put up with at times. Looking back, his tenure was constant drama from beginning to end. Unfortunately, a lot of it was self-inflicted.

I can't believe it took 7 pages for that one to get mentioned. A week after the home night game win vs #1 Florida we suffer through an 11am game where the team was as lifeless as the half asleep fans. Stands were quieter than the Middleton Library.

I graduated in the Spring of 97 and that was my first year in Tallahassee, FL, which has more Gator fans than you might think. I called that win and talked a world of shite to all of them after.

My wife and I were at the Ole Piss game the next week and yeah, what a letdown. Damn that was disappointing. That was one of Tubberville’s probation teams that had a few walk-ons playing and greatly overachieved.

Ironically, one of those walk-ons was a guy I went to high school with in Memphis named Kevin Cooper. He was a very good HS kicker with a huge leg who drilled several from 40+. He ended up as their starting punter his senior year and just killed us in that game. He put us inside the 15 multiple times and kept the field flipped. I saw him again years later and had a good laugh as I told him how he ruined that day for me having the game of his life.

I wouldn’t put it on my worst list, but it wasn’t any fun being there.

1998 Alabama

LSU had not defeated Alabama in Tiger Stadium since 1969. Tigers led 16-7 late in game and gave up two long TD passes, the go ahead TD with 38 seconds to go.

I don't get depressed over games, but I was depressed for three days after that giveaway.

100 percent!! I've been going to games since 1977, I was at the dome on 1/9/12... I have never felt worse walking out of Tiger Stadium stadium than the 2012 regular season LSU Bama game..
