MONROE, La. (KNOE) - A Union Parish Grand Jury rejected the charge of attempted second-degree murder against Trey Holly, an LSU football player who was suspended from the team following his arrest on three felony charges regarding a shooting in Union Parish. However, the jury did bring a charge of illegal use of a weapon or dangerous instrumentality against Holly.

Still looking at illegal use of a weapon so I’m sure he’ll remain suspended indefinitely

He has Mike Small. Someone came up with some money for that.

Here's the article. He still has some charges.

A Union Parish Grand Jury rejected the charge of attempted second-degree murder against Trey Holly, an LSU football player who was suspended from the team following his arrest on three felony charges regarding a shooting in Union Parish. However, the jury did bring a change(sic) of illegal use of a weapon or dangerous instrumentality against Holly.
Trey Holly accused of attempted second-degree murder

Attorney Mike Small said Holly (his client) will plead not guilty to the charge brought against him on April 5.

“We look forward to trial before a fair and impartial jury in Union Parish after which I am confident that a verdict of not guilty will be returned,” Holly said in a press release.
LSU running back claims he is '100% innocent' after arrest for attempted murder

Holly was arrested on February 15 after a shooting in Farmerville near Union Village apartments. According to arrest records, Holly was booked on charges of attempted second-degree murder, illegal use of a weapon, and aggravated criminal damage to property.

More like you are what this site needs. And the other....

Those liars have penalized him enough. He deserves to be back in the classroom this week amongst his peers.

In all seriousness, great for Holly that everything has played out the way it has.

They are charging him at shooting “in the direction” of another human being

It’s just he isn’t getting the attempted murder charges. As far as lsu football goes, this ain’t a win

As far as Holly not going to pound me in the arse Angola, it’s a win

“Except as provided in Subsection E, whoever commits the crime of illegal use of weapons or dangerous instrumentalities shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars, or imprisoned with or without hard labor for not more than two years, or both.”

This is the sentence. Subsection E is shooting from a vehicle.

If he somehow is let back n the team….the fans of other SEC schools will be relentless after what LSU fans said of Brandon Miller.
