People who drive in the rain with their hazard flashers on should be flayed.

Oh, and it's illegal.
That is all.
That is all.

It's more annoying that it stops your break lights from working on a lot of vehicles.

All depends on the rain. For a regular rain, absolutely. However, rule of thumb is when your wipers can't keep up with the rain when they are full speed hazards lights are recommended.

I saw someone doing that yesterday at 6:30 in the morning. It was barely raining. It was dark and they were moving slow so I thought they were stopped in the right lane when I was coming up on them. It's really dangerous. You have tail lights already on so people can see you, dumbasses.

Posting online while driving in a torrential rain is probably many orders of magnitude worse.

This Board cracks me up!
Driving 100 mph on the Interstate? Don't worry about what others are doing and get in the slow lane.
Driving with flashers in a rain storm? Follow the law jackass!

It is legal in many places. AAA and most police recommend not to though.

This, and people who drive at dusk or dawn with only their parking lights should be horsewhipped as well.

Although I don’t do it, I can understand why people would. It’s because the idiot in the F250 still drives 80 mph even though he can’t see 10 yards in front of his truck.

I was talking to my elderly neighbor.. He said "people are driving in the rain like they have to take a shite"... It was one those comments that was unexpected which made it better..

I was appalled when I saw a sign commanding it in some state I was driving through.
But I'm far more annoyed by people who don't turn on any lights in heavy rain. Or the halfway shite. Just turn on your freaking headlights like it's midnight and you're sober.

Police say it’s against the law for hazards to be on while driving. They also tell people driving to the funeral to put them on while driving.
How do we reconcile that?

Why does it upset you so much what other people do?
Do you get equally angry at people who drive 5mph over the speed limit?
Cause that’s illegal too.

In heavy rain, I don't see a problem with it.
ETA: For the "it's illegal" crowd, driving with hazards on is legal in a majority of states.
