I really feel bad for people like him who have to pretend they're a big deal even after being disgraced and being imprisoned for 10+ years in jail.

Dude's mental.

Hmmm sounds a lot like someone with the most ridiculous post count on a message board.

However, I don’t feel bad for either of the idiots.

He'd be a great witness in the trial though. "I was the lawyer for Stormy. We made it all up to grift the Trump organization. We got busted for lying. That's one the reasons I'm in prison now." Prosecutors will attack his character and discredit him, sure. But the jury would hear from Stormy's lawyer's own mouth that it is all bullshite.

The strategy is two pronged.

1- It's all bullshite. Avenatti would attest to this.

2- Even if it were true, signing non-disclosure agreements is not a crime. It happens a million times a day in America.

This case is such a joke, and even you SFP, deep down inside, know it.

Is he still in jail? Or on parole?

No idea why this is downvoted. Avenatti clearly has some bizarre zero shame complex. It's like he thinks if he keeps acting like a big shot he'll be considered a big shot.

What could he possible testify about? If this case against Trump involves avenattis former client how could he talk about it?
