Arms short > allowing 1 sack in his whole college career.

Again, no elite OTs have arms that short, I don't think. 0.

This isn't college.

We could have gotten him at 16 or 17 had we traded back.

Either him or the other OG who played OT in college, for sure.

Absolutely no way the 4th OT taken is better than your BPA on defense. We’re so done.

I will say, I don’t think a lot of people remember just how bad our OL was last year. If this guy can take Ram’s spot then that’d be amazing.

Maybe no one wanted to move up or not at the price it would take

I think it’s a great pick but damn we’ve spent so many #1s on our OL and they have not worked out great outside Ram. And he’s fricked

So what do you want to do? Quit drafting offensive linemen? We are in desperate need right now. Hurst gone, Ram may be, Penning a project, and Peat gone.

I hate this pick I would have hated Fautanu more, but this is pretty bad

The team is still much worse than it was last year. This guy can't play LT, so we are still starting Penning or an FA there. We had Ramcyzk at RT last year, and unless this guy is an all pro at RT, we will have a drop off there.

Just because he was the 4th OT off the board does not mean he was the 4th OT on the Saints board. Been pretty clear amongst “the experts”, it was Alt #1 and OTs 2-5 were all interchangeable

Man physical intangibles the only thing you look at? Like you completely ignore his whole college career cause his arms are short???

I guess you hated Drew Brees in college too

My only silver lining is we didn’t take the dude from UCLA with a fused neck.

Then why did Turner who was mocked 7th fall last Latu who was a late teens/20’s type pick? Maybe the teams know something y’all don’t?

Fuaga is better than both of them

He is not a over draft for any team. You say we needed a Olineman bad thus we over reached. Every draft analyst disagrees. Most had him 2nd best.

Tuner has a thug attitude. A lot of cheap shots in college. maybe why he is slipping? Could actually be he is a tweeter, Pittsburg type of LB.

I was just posting I hoped we drafted Latu over Turner, so no.

But certain physical limits matter. Again, if there are 0 elite tackles with arms that short, it should tell you something about his chances.

Wouldn't you agree that if he was 6-1 or 275 lbs, he wouldn't be playing OT either, correct?
