There are swaths of the border that are the same from the invaders streaming across. They have tactical assembly areas that they gather in before assaulting across the border, and there is trash and stuff everywhere. Many of the areas are within the US.

2. Get the list of students that were arrested.
3. Divide the clean-up costs by the number of arrested students.
4. Add that amount to the students' tuition bill and not release their transcripts until it's paid.

Oh yeah, great. That’s what we need, the authorities having the ability to jail anyone they want for nebulous charges. I’m sure THAT would only be deployed against leftists.
