Who was the alleged " victim " in the Trump ledger entry

Assuming Trump mislabeled an expense, deliberately or on advice from his lawyer or for whatever reason, isn't this Trump's own business journal
What crime was he covering as the agreement with Stormy was perfectly legal? Who was he hiding the correct entry from?
It appears any self employed businessman can manage his books any way he pleases as long as he is not violating a tax law upon filing. For instance if a company owner ordered shirts with company logos for all 200 of his employees and recorded them as promotional items rather than uniforms he would not be subject to prosecution. How is this not the same thing Trump did?
Looking for the board's attorneys to weigh in and explain.

99.9% of business do this kind of stuff everyday.

Their argument is of this story came out Trump would have lost the election.
The man who
Was caught saying grab them by the pussy
Had 50 women say he SA them
Was said to be supported by White supremacist
Would have lost the election for consensual sex and cheating on his wife
When he was known for the past 45 years for being a womanizer but this one would of did according to NY

Clearly it was democracy.

Well in the state of NY he did lose the election so what is Braggs point ?
Not that even matters as it’s not against the law
None the less Bragg has zero law authority over federal elections

That isn't even the important question. The statue of limitations have expired on that. The question is what underlining crime is he being charged with that turns an expired misdemeanor into a felony? We are in week three of a criminal trial and the prosecutors have refused to identify what law or statute he is being accused of violating.
How do you not petition scotus at this point for an

My thought was they were claiming some sort of FEC violation based on the indirect payment to Daniels from Cohen that was later repaid to Cohen from Trump, but if they haven’t cited the code or violation, that’s a problem.
I’ve tried keeping up with it, but they keep changing their reporting or moving the goalposts so much that I can’t.
For the record, it’s a witch-hunt.

Regardless of his Trump's reason for paying Stormy he paid with his own funds, therefore there was no misappropriation of campaign finances.
So the only other avenue to pursue might be an obligation to report any and all payments made in conjunction with the campaign, no matter the source nor to whom the payment was made. Which then requires the jury to infer whether the only motive was to avoid political harm rather than to protect his family. They are both valid goals and regardless of what one wants to believe the tie goes to the runner.
The other question is does Trump get shielded by the fact he was acting on the advice of his attorney who created the plan and put it into motion, elected to make payment by taking a home equity loan on his own property and paying out of his own check book. ( Tiger fans, Cohen was Will Wade like on that one)

The only victim I've heard about in bidens campaign to trash Trump is..... Drum roll, Ashley Biden getting molested in the shower by dear old dad.

Why, don’t you know it’s a crime to limit the reach of someone’s lies about you when you’re running for president as a republican? If anyone wants to lie and claim you slept with them to damage your family and campaign, you have to let the whole world know that you are trying to prevent those lies from being made public.

Classic Trump. Throws down a rake and steps right on it.

Shut it up butterfly.....
Clinton did far worst than your claims. He was caught red handed ......
Disbarred in the end.
By the way ....I knew members of his Arkansas Security Team ...
Scum of the earth, like a good part of his trailer park fan club ......Good to see you a member in good standing .....
