That wall needs a change order issued immediately!

It just took a hard right up the Colorado River!

We should all donate to that. California is not real America and is vastly overrepresented.

The ironic part of this is that their argument is basically what the Tea Party was originally about. Reduce the role of the Federal government in our every day life, and leave the majority of decisions to the states.

What I really like it the " I did not get my way so I am going to take my ball and go home" attitude.

The thing is I have not heard from any of these people is how are they going to sustain an independent country?

Most of the people that are crying about this have no clue how much California depends on the Federal Government.

They're $127 Billion in debt, they have Millions of people on federal government assistance that they'd now have to support on their own, they can't even supply their own water, the film industry will leave.

Go ahead California, we dare you to secede

I think they are geared toward a constitutional amendment providing for a secession process.

This is actually a good thing. It is ridiculous that the only existing process for separation is to kill each other.

It would be a vote to "succeed" because California by itself would be very successful. I'd live in an independent California in a second.

Good bye movie industry, good bye tech. It would be a big loss for the U.S.

Let's just say for shits and giggles it happens, California won't be prepared for the mass emigration. People aren't just going to give up their US citizenship.

I'd be willing to sell California water at cost if they leave.

But they need to pay cash. Poor credit.
