Played the first little section of the demo. Insane production quality. Game runs very well and is very satisfying mechanically

Played some of the demo and I’m sold. Get Nier vibes for obvious reasons.
Combat is fun and I had a solid look at the skills before stopping and it looks like it’s got a lot of build potential and that was with the locked skill trees.
Exploration was enough to keep me looking for hidden spots without really interrupting the flow of the game…which is nice.
Soundtrack. Yeahh imma need more of that.

i downloaded the demo last night. I haven't been able to play yet. I should just buy it, I guess.

After the end cutscenes, I’m 110% in.
This is Nier mixed with Bayonetta.
Couldn’t get a better combination.

Haven’t been posting wanted to hear how the board felt minus my insertion. Glad everyone seems to really love it. I think the demo delivers and we could be looking at another solid classic.

It really was a very well designed demo. I just wish I could do more. 
By the final boss, I had finally figured out dodging and parry, but my combos were still lacking couldn’t successfully bring in Repulse or Blink well enough.
I also couldn’t figure out how to counter some of the lightning attacks.
Damn! I want to play more.

The main character design looks like something made by an AI and/or pre-made Unreal Engine assets.

The boss fight at the end of the demo took me like 4 tries. The one they let you play after the demo drove me nuts. I attempted it like 4-5 times and barely got his shield down. Gonna have to work on this or change to story. lol.

I imagine that’s an out of place “placement” if you will. I felt confident it would deliver on the Nier automata meets Sekiro combat which it did and there’s still 3rd person shooting mechanics to come. At least I didn’t find any in the demo. I was mainly concerned with two things performance and production quality being as high as the trailers indicated and both were top notch. Seems it’s been a resounding success across the board. Wonder what anyone thinks for story? It’s obviously on it’s a face of it some type of sci fi play on Christian creation mythology. Surely it must be deeper. Also, can’t wait for the full game to get some of the more brutal bloody kills

I sense more of a science run amuck with resultant transformation of humans and animals into monstrosities.
That tends to be the case with these games.

Main characters name is Even and the guy from the trailer is named Adam. Most of the bosses apparently are biblical names of fallen angels of something idk I’m not big into theology. Just seems like an inversion of it to me with humans taking back their Eden or something. Im sure it’s much more complex
