Good now he can't complain about having to take orders from a head coach. I hope he doesn't actually tell his offensive coordinator what he wants. That's not allowed according to the rant

That’s not exactly a fair statement. Canada came to LSU mostly because he was told he would be allowed to run his offense completely and in hopes to one day become a HC. That was the selling point aside from money. O promised to let his coaches coach. Of course a HC should have final input because it’s his team. It was just not what he signed up for in this situation.
Canada is an actual OC, so even as HC.. of course it’s going to be his offense.. that’s probably understood with whoever he promotes or hires as OC. Different sort of situation, but understood nonetheless. Right?
Any ways, I wish him success and appreciate his time here.

I'm not sure I would call Crowten shitty when he was here. He did win a national championship. I think Les was tinkering too much with him. I'm not sure we know exactly what was going on with Canada last year which is what makes this move so interesting.
