I mean, he didn’t even try a little, which is why he never got a second shot elsewhere

Given his talent level, not ever getting a second shot should tell you it was on him and not the raiders

He would’ve done the same thing no matter what team he went to at that point in his life.

i think an org with a better support/development structure may have been able to help, esp after his uncle died

He basically didn't do any film study. Thats been said by a hand full of people. That's not on the Raiders.
