I thought the same thing. What legally qualifies as an infant?
Either way, horrible for something like this to happen. And AP has had a lot of negative influences in his life and seems to be as good a guy as you can be. Truly horrible. What kind of sick person would do this?

I sure hope the baby mama gets prosecuted as well. There's no way in hell she didn't see this coming. She should be prosecuted for stupidity for even living with someone like this. Stupid fricking count.
