This is true, but the players will end up deciding when this civil war is over. Rory McIlroy and Jon Rahmn have already admitted that they owe all their leverage to LIV during the week of the Player's Championship.
Right now, it's like Tiger and McIlroy have a giant hook in Monahan's mouth, leading him to where they want to go. When these guys say it's over with all the animosity, it will be over.

How does that translate to Gary Player saying he felt unwelcomed at the Masters? 3 men have been the face of the PGA and the Majors for decades. Their promotion of pro golf would be immeasurable and invaluable over that time. Arnold Palmer, Gary Player, and Jack Nicklaus.
Given that Palmer doesn't need a tee time these days, the last 2 people on this planet that should be having difficulty getting a tee time at the Masters are Gary and Jack.

The press got rustled that he was pimping a sleeve of golf balls during a moment for Lee Elder. It was a little cheesy, but not quite worth the outrage IMO.

Yeah, Tiger's comments on his leg this morning don't sound good long term. Says its more sore than last year. He clearly knows he doesn't have many more in him.
