Don't Forget To Set Your Clocks Back

Can't wait til it starts getting dark around 4pm.
The afternoon Daylight Saving Time advantage is offset for many people and businesses by the morning's need for more lighting. In spring and fall, the advantage is generally less than one hour. So, the rationale was that Daylight Saving Time saves energy for lighting in all seasons of the year, but it saves least during the four darkest months of winter (November, December, January, and February), when the afternoon advantage is offset by the need for lighting because of late sunrise.

Didn't change them last spring. I have no need of a clock.

These new-fangled internet clocks are self-setting.

While my phone would automatically reset, I appreciate seeing this reminder to reset my mental faculties.
Have an up vote!

BTW, aren't there a few states that don't follow DST?
Also, the moon moves away in orbit from Earth approx 1" per year, slowing down the Earth's rotation by a few seconds every year. So, when will we reach an hour point to where it takes 25 hours for a day to pass? (Too lazy to search)

Part of AZ doesn't. I used to work with people there while living on the east coast, and sometimes they were 3 hours behind while others they were 2

I don’t mind it much, except getting up at 2 am to set the clocks is ridiculous. They should make it effective at a more reasonable hour.

Majority of AZ doesn't. The only area in AZ that does observe DST is Navajo Nation. And that area is very remote(northeastern corner of AZ...not a place one decides to just up and visit ).
ETA: I'm glad we don't observe. It already naturally gets dark here by 5:45-6 pm now without changing the clocks.

We have a "leap second" every year two to adjust the clock for that sort of situation.

My phone already fell back. I'll just let it fix itself tonight.

One of my favorite days when the rest of the US joins me in Mother Nature Time, the natural time the way God intended.
I never change my clocks.
