Ritchie. I thought he had darker hair. DeBellvue is almost forgotten.

True. They made a great team. However, some will give him the "ace" status and some will not. I am with the latter on that, but that in no way reflects how I think that he is above and beyond.

Official USAF policy gives him credit, right?

Weird, it is appearing fine to me. It's hosted on flickr.
Here's an alternate of the second one:

I can't find any. Some places do and some only list the pilots. Americanfighteraces.org only list Ritchie of the USAF.

What's the difference in these two Mark-82 bombs?
Aside from markings and casting, I think the fuse is different. Other than that, I got nothing.
One carried on a Hornet and the other on an A-10?

Ahh, OK, then. I was under the impression he was credited for 6, as a back-seater.

I know that he has 6 accredited to him, or assists. But I am not sure on if the USAF officially lists him as an ace. Personally, I think that pilots should get that.

In a single-seater, I totally agree, but the F-4 required such teamwork, especially with the radar-guided missiles needing a constant lock.

True. The backseater kept the lock but the pilot had to keep it within the parameters.

Did not know that. But then again, I know next to nothing about that timeframe...

Teamwork. Neither guy could do it alone.
