I always get donuts and fruit. Ice cold watermelon may be my favorite though. Had one race where they had those at a table and I probably ate half a watermelon as I stretched out and waited for awards to be handed out.

I drank a lot of beer when I completed the CCC - I know you’re surprised

I drank a lot of beer DURING the shamrockin run that’s a fun one I’d like to do again

The first half I ran was in 2013. It was the Nike women’s half in SF. Whole Foods sponsored it and every few
miles they had ppl put along the course with fresh fruit- and the orange slices were incredibly good. Or maybe I was just dying I dunno- but I swear I’ve not an orange that good since then
