I’ve noticed a lot of people have the same opinion of tobasco. They say it’s gross, too much vinegar, and other things.

In reality, the problem is that the tobasco is simply too hot for them. Which is fine, but don’t lie..

If only i could upvote more. I love hot sauces but Tabasco is the shittiest there is. Give me crystal or louisiana. Hell I will take texas pete over Tabasco.

Tabasco family reserve is far superior to regular tabasco.

I am in agreement.

It seems like people from Nola and non- louisianians like tobacco and Cajun country folk prefer Louisiana or crystal.

I'm a tabasco fan, but I do like to use LA hot sauce to coat my fish before I fry them, don't have to use any salt. Can do the same with your jambalaya, add little heat and a lot of salt by using liberal amounts of it.

The only thing I like tabasco in is soups/stews but then again I don't consider it a "hot sauce"

I like Louisiana or Crystal on sandwiches and anything else

Ever seen the video of the guy that boiled crawfish, poured a bunch of Tabasco into the ice chest, then shook it up?
