-tilts the steering wheel up
-moves the seat back
-leans toward the passenger seat
-swings left leg out
-swings right leg out
-grabs steering wheel and door panel to slide butt toward door
-leans forward to get center of gravity over thighs
-grabs b pillar and door panel and pulls body out car
-stands up and takes several minute break to catch breath

People can joke but with heels on she is really introducing point loads to would test a 50lb/sqft live load design. Probably exceeding that by a factor of 4 and getting enough deflection to stretch nails a bit and loosen floorboards.
