Well, she stayed after she was told to leave and did not comply with the officer’s orders.

She was resisting arrest, was pulled off the cement and onto the grass for a takedown, and no one jumped on her back.

She’s participating in a protest that isn’t aimed at her complaint, has attempted to keep Jews from attending school, and have effectively shut down the university.
When it goes past speech and moves into restricting the rights of others, penalties must come. She needs to Jan 6 treatment. 4-6 years seems about right.

The level of idiocy I see in faculty members is infuriating. I don’t wholly know what non-science folks do for a Ph.D., but the bar for independent thought and scholarship should be raised.
