He most likely thought it was only a lil misdemeanor. You can see a shift in his demeanor once the cop said it's a felony.
Car owner is gonna push as far as she can, imo. To have a lets go Brandon sticker, she's obviously not a fan of Biden.... and to have a vehement supporter of Biden present himself to her and giving her the opportunity to squash him... she's definitely not going to let him go. And she shouldn't.
I'm just loling at how tds makes someone lose their minds.

The best part about this is with his imminent felony conviction coming, he lost his right to vote in our elections. Well at least in theory he did. He'll probably still drop a mail in ballot and it get counted just cause NY will count any Dem vote they can-legal or not.
