Not a death sentence to the racist and divisive policies of DEI but it’s a good start.

DEI discriminates solely on race and gender and should be totally illegal. Modern slavery

I am shocked it was a 9-0 ruling. Just goes to show DEI is so incredibly wrong and immoral that even the most Marxist of the justices can’t defend it in the light of day.

I’m not as optimistic as he is regarding how this will be approached.

Sounds like the HR department will be working 24/7

The civil rights act was well intentioned by has had far reaching effects such as the "disparate impacts" laws that have handicapped our working world.

You people are crazy for cheering this..

"The Supreme Court just lowered the bar for proving racial and sexual discrimination in the workplace"

There will be more lawsuits form people claiming they were racially sexually discriminated against now. I don't see this as a win at all.

My boss is all about DEI. He says it’s the “right thing to do.” I don’t see him stepping aside for a black guy.

This isn’t some win against wokeness. This means it’ll be even harder to fire and/or discipline minority employees because they can more easily claim racism.

The only thing it changes is straight white men will be able to sue for discrimination. Everyone else already can sue for discrimination.

Me neither. I just see the overall number of lawsuits going up, with the left generally being way more litigious. It's a win for white guys too, I guess, but it's also a win for purple-haireds.

Well, not sure that’s the good news you think it is. Now all minorities can sue for “some harm” as well too.

If you’ve ever been on the receiving end of a baseless EEOC claim, this is not good news.

That was my thought as well.

If people don't think there's still going to be a double standard for majority vs minority I don't know what to say. All this does is make it easier to sue as the minority.

I believe this unanimous ruling is built on the polar opposite interpretations of the anti discrimination protections.

The conservative justices are trying to level the field in regard to dei discrimination against non minority, straight, male citizens.

The progressive justices supported the ruling to lower the threshold for minority protected classes to bring discrimination suits.

The wise Latina and that other DEI judge probably thought it was something to do with drunk driving.
