Minorities and women must only make the claim and it's taken as fact.

Straight, white males still have to prove it.

DIE is institutionalized racism, something we never heard of until the Marxist showed up and it's what they really intended to install all along.

Anti-white racism as a matter of policy.

They are pushing to have it in every aspect of life, everywhere in America.

That's what they call systemic racism.

It needs to be destroyed, and government officials pushing it need to be exiled.

Boss's credit is probably over extended. Stepping stone to losing any character a person may have.

Yeah…people that are cheerleading this aren’t thinking things through.

Sure some white guy might win a lawsuit as a result but there will now be countless baseless claims of discrimination by minorities against employers because they simply lowered to threshold to some harm.

WTF does some harm even mean?

I don't know why you would be. This just made it easier for EVERYONE to sue their employer.

Buckle up

Seems like a strange ruling for SCOTUS. They typically try to close the door on vagueness but this makes everything a lawsuit.

I suspect this will force companies to do a lot more documenting to show cause.

The one thing we have going for us is the Supreme Court.

I may be wrong, but just seems like it will be harder to fire Tyrone for being late every day

The Plaintiff in the case is Sergeant Jatonya Clayborn-Muldrow, a female AA. I wonder whether it would have been 9-0 had the plaintiff been a white male.

DEI needs to be thrown into a woodchipper - then set on fire. It's the most blatant attack on professionalism and excellence the country has ever seen. Un-American.

Jordan Peterson and Victor Davis Hanson tell it straight up:

DEI is discriminatory

It’s also literally unconstitutional.

33 states have either banned or are working on banning it. It’s on its way out though I didn’t think it would take this long.

Divisive, Extremist, Idiocracy.

Another amped up focus by white libs to keep POC down and voting for their means, An extension of LBJ's great society push to gain votes.

I came face-to-face with it in 2023 at my old college. When you only hear stories about it, you tend to dismiss it as being over the top. But when you deal with it at arm's length, it is truly revolting to see in action. Arrogance, lethargy, no sense of urgency. Cognitive processes that will blow your mind.

My boss is all about DEI. He says it’s the “right thing to do.” I don’t see him stepping aside for a black guy.

What he says may not be his actual opinion.

If it is, he must feel like he is already in his tree house and can pull the ladder up as he feels necessary. A lot of Democrats and ruling class elites are like that. They got theirs, and they don’t care about being fair or reasonable to the younger generation.

I used to recruit for my company out of a couple of big schools in the US and I hated it. Minority candidates could bomb the technical interviews but the internal recruiters would always rank them higher without explanation.

My generation didn’t have to deal with this shite, but it’s ugly out there for the younger millennials and Gen Z’ers. Those are the ones most impacted by these DEI hiring practices.

If you have a younger white child, you need to teach them how to start a business themselves or set up some kind of means of earning passive income. Corporate America will ramp up discrimination even more against them. Don’t spend a dime you don’t have to….put it into savings for them to eventually inherit. They will need the help.

Not if he is the only one who is late.

If Tyrone is being singled out for something, then he should sue the employer.

Becky and Cody can't have the same issues and treated differently.
That is the way it is supposed to work.
