The American Spectator is putting forth that idea, noting Deroy Murdoch stating that “male and pale” was out of bounds. According to Murdoch, “Too male, too pale, too stale,”
equates to sex and race discrimination under the 1964 Civil Rights Act.

According to Murdoch, “What the hell does Trump have to lose?”

I must say, this would be amazing to watch unfold.

Yes. In many ways.

First, he faced a plethora of unprecedented charges based on disingenuous and flimsy "evidence". That was a start. And then there's the whole little Eighth Amendment violation thingy, too.

I don't know how Trump is even still standing and fighting what with all the myriad unconstitutional and illegal actions taken against him.

Agreed.

FWIW, reps from both camps have been contacted for comment on the story.

Trump just stating that he is considering it would be set off a torrential rain of liberal tears.

Of course she did. Thats why she’s going to get her arse spanked and embarrassed on appeal.

The “male and pale” shite and campaigning on a witch hunt against one dude, is also conduct she should be disbarred for.

Since we’re all about the Klan Statute and conspiracy to violate rights, she could even be prosecuted for it if the orange man wins.

She honestly should be along with Big Fani and Fat Albert if the criminal justice system has any hope of recovery of its reputation. At least half the country thinks it’s corrupt.

The Trump prosecutions were never about Legal Justice. The purpose of each one is for harassment of a political opponent, waste as much of his money and times as possible, and make his sentence be the time to go through all the appeals.

These prosecutors, and Judges, don't care that these cases will be overturned. It will not affect them one bit and they will forever be celebrated in the political circle. They know this which is why they are pushing it so hard.

There will be no retribution against them personally. Even if Trump won a civil rights suit, or any other civil suit, the win would be against the govt not any of these individuals. He would not win anyway because these people are all protected by their local juries who would be heavily against Trump solely based on political and media bias.

Circa 2016 -- Candidate Trump calls his secretary.

"Get Don, Jr. on the phone please."

"Don, I need you to expense $300,000,000.00 cash for legal. They will be coming after me. Hire only the best, son. Just let me know when I have to say something to rile them up or text something to piss them off. Regardless, they have no idea who they are frigging with. Don't they know Trump trumps whatever they throw at me. Gonna be one hell of a show! Take care son and I love you."

He should.

He’s got a pretty badass 1983 claim.

A 1983 action is brought against governments who violate the plaintiff’s constitutional rights.

George Floyd’s family brought one, for example.

(Alleged) Police brutality is not the only way that a state actor can violate your civil rights. Because James “state” as opposed to local Gvt official - he’d have to walk a fine line, bc there are certain legal impediments for state officials, but there are exceptions.

Abuse of process and malicious prosecution are also torts - even without a 1983 claim, and in fact, 1983 doesn’t apply to this type of claim.

He could ultimately sue her for abuse of process - bc she really filed the lawsuit to get elected and to get Biden fake elected. He doesn’t need a jury to exonerate him to bring that one - he could file it the minute that crap judgment got reversed on appeal, or even before.

I got a laugh watching the little white man standing by that woman, nodding in agreement.

I thought to myself, "Guy, did you hear what she just said?"

I used to wonder how grown men could hold out their hands and help pull their wives and children up into cattle cars.

There's one of 'em.
