It's crazy that there is not a legal process available for another court to intercede in this chaos uninvited by any of the parties. What the "get Trump" movement has exposed is that Judges can be highly political and they have no one to hold the accountable during their case to prevent defendants ...

I am fairly certain it will be a hung jury. The only concern I have about that prediction is the that the attorneys on the jury play prosecutor in the deliberations by going into legal opinions that a typical jury room would bounce back to the judge....
