Diversity training for work

Just completed my yearly diversity and sexual harassment training. The people doing the sexually harassment in the videos were all white males hitting on minority women and one was a white guy hitting on a Hispanic male. 
For my diversity training I learned white people were bad and everyone else was good. And non white hirings should be encouraged instead of hiring who is best qualified.
When will this “adult indoctrination” stop?

I was oddly pleased with the way my company incorporated DEI training. It was never White Guilt/White man bad. Only instilling the idea that we ALL have implicit bias, and to keep that in mind when making business/HR decisions.

LoL.... I just went through 'live' group participation session at work. The leader [non-employee] was very reminiscent of Beetlejuice...
Down to the race, sexual orientation and demeaner. The worst part was the 'videos' shown. The Caucasian male was the buffoon, bigot, racist, transphobe example every time.
Just like watching network TV and ads.

File an HR complaint citing that you feel discriminated against and that the videos/training created a hostile work environment where people of your biological sex and race were singled out as the sole perpetrators of unacceptable behavior.
Make them at least consider your complaint and respond to it.

Implicit bias is more about fighting preconceived notions about people from a certain race or gender. For example, I used to worry that Asian clients would think I'm incompetent. That's unfair to them tbh.
That said, this wasn't fixed by a 2-hour training and multiple choice quizzes either.

I've found that diversity and inclusion is neither diverse or inclusive... Always a minority of some sort trying to convince majority that they are implicitly biased.
