White girl shot by a black cop.

That’s not only ok by BamaAtl, it’s commendable. She’d like to see more of it.

I’m shocked our own SFP hasn’t entered this thread to set Gorsuch straight and explain how he is wrong in his logic and legal analysis.

J6 is one of his favorite topics.

Gorsuch or another should have gone further. When does the act of obstruction begin? Is a lone person peacefully wandering among non peaceful protesters guilty of obstruction? What action has to occur for obstruction as it applies to this statue?

They attempted to over throw local government in Seattle and other cities.

The court is part of the government and they attempted to overthrow the courts.

A member of the Seattle City Council literally led an angry mob towards the Seattle Mayor's house.

By falling back on the,” intent” argument, leftists are always able to justify their actions and criminalize the rights, because no one can read minds.

I knew when Comey pulled the "no intent" BS while defending Hilldawg's unsecured email server debacle we would see the "no intent" used by many D.C. Skunks and their apparatchiks.....don't forget "plausible deniability" too.

There is no case before him that has anyone charged with anything remotely classified as insurrection or overthrowing the government. You are confused and proven to be a massive consumer of propaganda from the democrats.

Bama is gone from this thread. He thought that being charged with seditious conspiracy was the same as insurrection. That is clearly not the case. He also thought that those charged with seditious conspiracy were accused of trying to overthrow the government. Also not the case. He is a moron that doesn’t know shite about frick.
