Believe it or not, the starches like rice, potatoes, corn, oatmeal. and the beans will lead to weight loss. As long as you don't add any fat. Throw in a couple of pieces of fruit and that's perfect.

And kill a diabetic. A balanced diet of proteins, starches, grains, limited fats, carbs is way healthier and will lead to weight loss with correct portion sizes. Again, are you ever right about anything?

Let me just snap my fingers and get a new job. And do it while working another job full time and being too broke to eat right.

They absolutely need better jobs but that's a lot easier said than done.

We have homeless military veterans living on the streets.

We have hungry citizens within our own borders.

Yet, we can send hundreds of billions of dollars to Ukraine, Palestine and Israel, and we can pay room and board plus EBT food benefits for illegal immigrants. Our yearly defense budget alone is enough to feed the entire world population for a year.

Anyone who won't openly admit how absolutely fricked up this is, doesn't deserve the (currently still) free air they're breathing.

I despise what this once great nation has become.

How do you think people have always done it?

IF you have no skills and education, you have no shot. I know ya'll dont want to hear it, but white folks arent working those jobs anymore. They think theyre above it.

What does this even mean?

If you can afford to eat, you can afford to eat healthy.

All national politicians are.

MAGA is decidedly populist. You need 9th grade civics again.

quote:

WASHINGTON, March 21 (Reuters) - The Republican Party's transformation is apparent at any Donald Trump rally: The crowd is filled with working-class voters, many without college degrees, who are in lockstep with him on issues where he has overhauled the party's platform, from immigration to trade to foreign policy.
An analysis of a decade's worth of Reuters/Ipsos polls shows how the U.S. Republican electorate has shifted in its makeup and views. The classic "country club" Republican, well-off and well-educated, now makes up a smaller slice of the pie.

quote:

The shifts reflect an electorate that has become more populist, both feeding off of Trump's populism and influencing the broader party, said J. Miles Coleman, an analyst at the University of Virginia’s Center for Politics.

Typical poser.

You try really hard to appear successful on here, despite having social education of a slug.

Yet you support a populist. Youre really stupid.

Nor do I, Roger.

Simply extrapolating the point that the amount of tax dollars we throw at the MIC is equivalent to worldwide meals for a year, since the topic was hungry Americans.

Apologies if my intent was misconstrued, I can see how it may have seemed that way. I've always been of the staunch belief that America should handle our own shite before interjecting into the affairs of everyone else.

That doesn't preclude him from campaigning and governing as a political populist.

Is social education different than actual education? I’d love to know all about your education. How many doctorates do you have?

I support a billionaire member of the elite. You’re a populist that wants to tax the rich. You shouldn’t be calling anyone stupid.

Yah, conservatives are going to have to come to grips with military spending. All we're doing is intrenching the "deeps state."
