Maybe they do things differently in CA and Sacramento. But every time I have encountered FBI they are not dressed so casually. If they are coming on official, non arrest business they are in suits.

Local are usually better because they’re grounded in the communities they’re policing.

I love going to this board and finding the comments with the most downvotes. It is where I find the most logic.

Right?
Are you now suggesting there are not some black people in jail who did not commit the crimes they are accused of? (If you cannot understand why I wrote this comment, it's because you are stupid).
Generally speaking, black males are responsible for a majority of violent crimes. Specifically speaking there are certainly people, including blacks, who are accused and jailed for crimes they did not commit. What exactly is your point? That local law enforcement selective enforcement or wrongful enforcement is of more concern than the full pollicization of federal agencies? That it occurs more often? Another lie. I can point to hundreds of recent examples of selective enforcement just in your quote above.

Most of our enforceable criminal laws are state/local. It seems like common sense that they would be enforced by people educated to those rules.

Look at all the black males (Democrats) in jail.
Yeah, they're in jail here in Montgomery, Alabama too. With a majority black police force, a black city police leadership, black, democrat mayor and majority black city council.
So if a political party is responsible, it's not white republicans and you're full of shite as usual.
Differentiate the authority, reach, power and difficulty in prosecuting a standard LEO with an FBI agent. If you don't admit there's a significant difference, you're just trolling.

Oh so you're saying a group can commit a disproportionate amount of crimes not based in their partisan alliances?
I don’t know all the factors that make black males commit a disproportionate amount of violent crimes, but it’s fact.

Further into the Twitter comments quote:There have been several videos lately with fake-FBI agents showing up to talk to conservatives about their posts. These are definitely all staged.
I have no personal knowledge about whether this was staged.
But your post shows how willing people are to accept an unverified statement based on what they want the truth to be.

Sure. I don't disagree.
They aren't jailed b/c of their political association, race, etc.
I apply the same arguments across the board, like Trump, the J6ers, Rudy, etc.
Groups who commit more crimes get prosecuted more often.

That is true, but not my specific argument ITT, other than to stop people trying to qualify the good/bad LEO based on perceive in/out group dynamics and partisanship.

13% of the population commits 55.9% of all homicides.
Why is that?

Because if they do, why are those motivations limited to just the FBI?
I don’t think that’s the point.
The point is the massive power of the federal government makes it more of a threat.

Lots of reasons, none of which excuse the behavior.

So, you think Republicans are more predisposed to committing political crimes?

the total power of local LEO dwarfs the FBI by a significant factor

Too broad.
Republicans were more likely to commit crimes in response to losing the 2020 Presidential election.

No one is subject to the "total power of LEO" How the frick did you even conceive that?
