Pretty crazy that Mississippi has the smallest popluation, is split into 2 SEC schools, and still both rank in the top 40. If they had one flagship university like other similar states (louisiana and arkansas), they could potentially be #2 on this list....

But, pretty much every city in the country is clearly racially segregated. Do you think there will ever be actual racial and cultural integration? Or are we more or less heading towards "black states" and "white states"....
Because it is one of the dumbest state and poorest states, So not only are these people dumb, but it is a huge financial burden to them to be in an accident and they take their time to make sure somebody else will be paying for this....

Looking at both options, anyone have some input?...
I can see it "kind of" of working. It seems the government street project pushed traffic out towards Florida, which resulted in some new businesses opening up (gas stations, fast food, rouses) to service the extra traffic. It's not much, but it's a start I guess. They could potentially build off of ...

re: Eating out vs in since Covid

We go out less now, but mainly because I've entered middle age and social outing dinners have declined. I'd say we get fast casual/takeout 1-2 nights a week and go out another night a week. Cook at home 3-4 nights a week. I definitely noticed a dip in quality and service after covid. Quality has sta...
Well, anyone that calls themselves an entrepreneur is probably a big loser ...
1990s chain restaurants are long dead man. It's too difficult to turn a profit for absent owners, corporations, and shareholders at a sit down cheap food restaurant. They just cant do it. So the quality is minimum and the prices are high. That's why everyone shits on chain restaurants and there's be...

Louisiana Lagniappe is the best "Louisiana food" restaurant in town IMO. Juban's is also very good, but a little trendier. Mansur's is good. Phil's oyster bar is a casual authentic oyster bar that is good....

Those schools are full of out of state kids now (Alabama 59% & Ole Miss 57% compared to LSU 34%). It's expensive to send ur kid out of state, which means they likely couldn't get into their own flagship school and have the money to go elsewhere. Most of these graduates end up going to Nashville, Atl...
