LSU head coach Jay Johnson spoke to reporters Monday and provided an update on catcher Brady Neal, who is dealing with a sore shoulder.
quote:

"Brady got hurt Saturday before the game," Johnson said. "He was limited in what he could do and toughed it out and played a little bit on Saturday."

"He's had a sore shoulder. He was trying to do some therapy on it and aggravated it. It's a soreness issue and a mobility issue. When you are talking about swinging the bat, that can be difficult."

"But he's strong for his size. I don't think it's a long-term thing at all, but we are re-evaluating that today."
