For me it is Brian's Song or any movie where the dog dies. Also Bill Pullman's speech in Independence Day. More recently, Iron Claw almost got me.

My dad cried like a baby at the end of Steel Magnolias... Context though, my oldest sister died at 5 years old, before I was born.

Also for the record, I think Rocky III is way more of a tear-jerker than IV.

RIP Mickey.

Only film I remember tearing up at was the ending of Lion.

Bah. Mickey wanted nothing to do with Rocky until he got the title shot. Before that he treated him like shite. He wasn't the lovable old guy that some folks make him out to be.

That’s incorrect. Mickey always saw potential in Rocky, he says it, Rocky didn’t listen to training and he didn’t like that Rocky hung around gangsters. He was a flake and a no count that’s why Mickey didn’t fool with him.

That is one that occasionally makes me cry just from thinking about it.

It’s pretty embarrassing to get caught in the house and having to explain everything is fine I’m just thinking about the ending of planes trains and automobiles
