Spin off the burger bun question....
Do you prefer pulled pork on a bun or Cochon de Lait style on French bread?
I find the French bread holds up better to the BBQ sauce.

Texas toast or a bun. Pulled pork doesn't belong on French bread with bbq sauce. Unless it's part of a bigger sandwich with other ingredients (not a bbq pork poboy), I don't want French bread.

I like a pulled pork slider on a Hawaiian roll vs a big sandwich. With some bleu cheese slaw, preferably.
