I've been really wanting to smoke a rack of 3 bone beef ribs, anyone know of a good butcher that you can find them at in the BR area?

Yup... but often you have to ask for them. I've found them at Rouse's as well

Those are back ribs. They are not great for smoking. You need plate ribs.

lol. Beef ribs are so rich eating a full rib is difficult, and I like to eat. Yea plate ribs are better than back ribs but back ribs are very good. And serve well if you can not find plates.

Now...I let these go long because I wanted to make basically back rib burnt ends. And they came out great.

I’ve asked the butcher at Bet-R before and gotten them. The normally sell them single, but he’ll package up a rack for you.

I just bought two cases of plate ribs last night from Costco.

You have to ask for them most of the time
