Jose, what’s the deal with these programs? Is it something similar to PPSA? I’m doing a basic PPL split now but might be looking to change things up soon.

They haven't posted any more info that this yet.
But they are monthly programs dedicated to one lift. Benchuary focused solely on bench and Tuesdays and Thursdays were dedicated to back all to help your bench. Squatober and Deadcember have more well rounded workouts and included more exercises.
We shall see what this one will be like. Squatober and Deadcember left me gassed 5 days a week, but Benchuary was more more doable. Let's see what Spring Cleaning has in store.
ETA: Squatober is written by Aaron himself, so it flows like a PPSA plan. Deadcember is written by another Sorinex guy, Daniel McKim. Benchaury was written by a world record bench press guy named Bill Gillespie. Not sure who is writing Spring Cleaning.

so Aaron has done spring cleaning before, was 8 weeks, it was released one at a time on ppsa written similar to the 1 day plans he throws up every once in a while.
i like that they do these things. while not perfect for programming it does foster a sense of commitment and brotherhood.

I saw in the comments of the IG post about someone saying they still had the Spring Cleaning shirt from years ago and I was wondering the back story there.

I assume we will be doing a lot of stuff with those spring things on the bottom of the Smith machine. Maybe some clamp work.

Same I literally just mapped out the rest of my programming for 2025 and this would throw my plans off. Cleaning everyday sounds fun though! Might have to try this next year

I did see the shirt ad on IG. I'll check it out but I've been enjoying doing Bumstead's workout.
