I thought maybe that was an old negro league team name, but they were giants, sounds, vols,etc. So stars is kind of lame, since it has no history to nashville.

It's bout who has $$$ and is willing to pony up more to get the team. St.Louis was going to get the expansion team in NFL, there was even pics of Stallions helmet behind the tarp. Instead, Jax and Charlotte came in, splashed the pot and got the last 2 expansion slots.
